General Description of Position:
Reports to Crest President. Crest is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mastercraft Boat Holding Company, an SEC reporting public company. We are looking for a finance leader who will help to implement and maintain proper control and financial activities for the company while also helping to enhance Crest profitability by being part of the Crest leadership team.
Duties:
Oversee monthly closing process and submittal of information to Mastercraft personnel.
Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are being performed for all the general ledger accounts and that proper reviews of these reconciliations are being performed.
Provide supplemental SEC reporting documentation for quarterly and annual filing as requested by Mastercraft personnel.
Help in creation and maintenance of Crest internal control environment to be in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
Work with Crest management to prepare monthly forecasts and annual budget.
Track and report on financial results against budget and forecast and help Crest management and corporate offices to understand variations vs expectations.
Determine information needed by Crest management that will help to reduce variances, and improve profitability.
Provide analysis that will aid in improving working capital management.
Provide schedules and support documentation to assist with company audits.
Work with Crest personnel on physical inventory procedures and processes to ensure we obtain proper physical inventory results as well as perform proper cycle counting procedures.
Understand capital spending needs of the location. Ensure capital plans are included in forecasting and budgeting processes. Help prepare and review Project Appropriation Requests to obtain appropriate approvals for capital projects.
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required: MBA, CPA, and/or CMA is preferred.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in accounting and finance.
Experience working in a manufacturing operation is preferred.
Public accounting experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standard requirements.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Team oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on advanced Excel knowledge.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Working knowledge of internal control processes/SOX compliance.
Environmental Conditions:
Works in office environment. Office environment has controlled temperature, humidity and noise level. Minimal bending, stooping, walking, and stair climbing are required as is lifting items of moderate weight. Quality standards and safety rules and regulations are mandatory.
Travel:
As required.

General Description of Position:
The Customer Service Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting Customer Service Representatives in daily administrative tasks, data entry, and organization of the department.
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process dealer parts orders into ERP system
Review dealer boat orders against ordering system to ensure accuracy
Assist in preparing weekly scheduled reports
Produce and distribute copies of production build sheets on a weekly basis
Cover the reception desk when required
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associates Degree in related field of study
Excellent communication skills
2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other technical software
Ability to coordinate several projects in various stages at the same time.
